At Callcentretraining.co.za, (previously SalesTraining.africa), our goal is to equip people with employable skills that are internationally recognized, competitive, market-related and relevant.
In South Africa, according to the Quarterly Labour Force Survey (QLFS) released by Statistics South Africa … South Africa’s single biggest economic problem remains the extremely high and increasing unemployment rate which is sitting at levels above 32% right now. According to OutlookIndia.com , More than seventy million youth, in India, are not in employment, education and training. It is not too different in other countries.
But – for anybody to be employed they must first be employable. So the bigger question is: Are you Employable? Being qualified makes you employable. To increases your chances of being employed you have to be employable – that is the reality. When potential employers look for employees, their preference is to employ the qualified – it saves them time and money.
Every year the number of young people who will be unemployed increases simply because they are unemployable (while job creation still remains a crisis).
Resilience Coaching International, in partnership with the Bangkok School of Management in Thailand and the European International University in Paris believe in making people employable with the relevant skills for different sectors. Any intelligent person would tell you that Sales is one of the most financially rewarding employment sectors with the potential to increase your remuneration based on your performance. Meet Paul Charles
Get to know Paul Charles, the Founder and Lead Facilitator of STA.
Dr Paul Charles is the recipient of the Prestigious ASIC “Social Entrepreneur in International Education” Award – 2019 and is a Certified Ethics Officer (Certified Ethics Officer Reg No: EO 882 – University of Stellenbosch Business School and The Ethics Institute).
His Educational Qualifications include a Doctor of Psychology degree (Psy.D) from the European International University (EIU), MA Education (EGS) and Bachelor in Theology (B.Th) Degree (SATS). He also earned Advanced Certification in Business Rescue Practice (University of South Africa – UNISA). He has also completed the Harvard University – Certificate Course in Education: Family Engagement in Education.
He is also the Author of the Book: The Wheelbarrow Kid.
